Section 2--701. Remedies   for   Breach   of  Collateral  Contracts  Not
                Impaired.
Remedies for  breach  of  any  obligation  or  promise  collateral  or
  ancillary  to  a contract for sale are not impaired by the provisions of
  this Article.
