New York Vehicle & Traffic Law Section 550 - Recertification.

 550. Recertification.  A  person  who  has  had  his  or  her escort
  certificate cancelled shall not be eligible to  reapply  for  an  escort
  certificate  for  a  minimum  period of six months from the date of such
  cancellation.
