Ohio Revised Code § 103.48 - Appearance Before The Committee.

The chairperson of the joint education oversight committee may request that the superintendent of public instruction or the director of higher education appear before the committee. If so requested, the superintendent or the director shall appear before the committee at the time and place specified in the request.
