Ohio Revised Code § 1153.99 - Penalty.

(A) Whoever violates section 1153.03 of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree.

(B) Whoever violates section 1153.06 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
