Ohio Revised Code § 4712.14 - Administrative Rules.

The superintendent of financial institutions may adopt, in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, reasonable rules to carry out the purposes of sections 4712.01 to 4712.14 of the Revised Code.
