The board of control provided for by section 5911.09 of the Revised Code, shall make an annual report of the proceedings incident to the location and management of grounds, airfields, armories, and other buildings for military purposes and a detailed account of all receipts and disbursements. The report shall be filed in the office of the adjutant general.
