Ohio Revised Code § 715.771 - Filing Documents With Director Of Development.

Upon the creation of or addition to a joint economic development district under section 715.72 or 715.761 of the Revised Code, one of the contracting parties shall file a copy of each of the documents described in divisions (A) to (G) of section 715.76 or division (C) of section 715.761 of the Revised Code, as applicable, with the director of development.
