Oregon Statutes - Chapter 109 - Parent and Child Rights and Relationships - Section 109.308 - Confidentiality of petitioners.

In an adoption proceeding that is contested or in which a summons is required to be served, the court may preserve the confidentiality of the names and addresses of the petitioners for the adoption if the court finds that to do so is in the best interests of the child.
