Oregon Statutes - Chapter 109 - Parent and Child Rights and Relationships - Section 109.824 - Role of law enforcement officer.

At the request of a district attorney acting under ORS 109.821, a law enforcement officer may take any lawful action reasonably necessary to locate a child or a party and assist a district attorney with responsibilities under ORS 109.821. [1999 c.649 §38]
