Oregon Statutes - Chapter 110 - Uniform Interstate Family Support Act - Section 110.436 - Jurisdiction to modify child support order of another state when individual parties reside in this state.

(1) If all of the parties who are individuals reside in this state and the child does not reside in the issuing state, a tribunal of this state has jurisdiction to enforce and to modify the issuing state’s child support order in a proceeding to register that order.

(2) A tribunal of this state exercising jurisdiction under this section shall apply the provisions of ORS 110.303 to 110.339 and 110.405 to 110.437 and the procedural and substantive law of this state to the proceeding for enforcement or modification. ORS 110.342 to 110.391, 110.392, 110.394 to 110.402, 110.438, 110.440 and 110.443 do not apply. [1997 c.746 §107; 1999 c.80 §92; 2001 c.104 §34]
