Oregon Statutes - Chapter 112 - Intestate Succession and Wills - Section 112.695 - Statute of limitation for recovery of dower or curtesy.

No action or suit shall be brought after 10 years from the death of a decedent to recover or reduce to possession curtesy or dower by the surviving spouse of the decedent. [Formerly 113.090]
