Oregon Statutes - Chapter 115 - Claims; Actions and Suits - Section 115.001 - Effect of direction to pay debts, charges, taxes or expenses.

A mere testamentary direction to pay debts, charges, taxes or expenses of administration shall not be considered a direction for exoneration from encumbrances. [1973 c.506 §35]
