Oregon Statutes - Chapter 118 - Inheritance Tax - Section 118.840 - Final accounting or discharge of executor or administrator.

Unless the provisions of either ORS 118.820 or 118.830 have been complied with, no such executor or administrator shall be entitled to a final accounting or discharge in any court in this state.
