Oregon Statutes - Chapter 128 - Trusts; Charitable Activities - Section 128.630 - Application of ORS 128.610 to 128.750.

(1) ORS 128.610 to 128.750 apply to all charitable organizations holding property for charitable purposes over which the state or the Attorney General has enforcement or supervisory powers.
