Oregon Statutes - Chapter 137 - Judgment and Execution; Parole and Probation by the Court - Section 137.229 - Duty of Department of Corrections.

The Department of Corrections, to the extent that funds are available, shall expand existing and establish new treatment programs for alcohol and drug dependency. [1991 c.630 §4]
