Oregon Statutes - Chapter 138 - Appeals; Post-Conviction Relief - Section 138.210 - Necessity of appearance of appellant.

If the appellant fails to appear in the appellate court, judgment of affirmance shall be given as a matter of course; but the defendant need not personally appear in the appellate court.
