Oregon Statutes - Chapter 156 - Proceedings and Judgment in Criminal Actions - Section 156.070 - Reading complaint to defendant; defendant to plead.

When the defendant is brought before the justice, the complaint shall be read to the defendant and the defendant shall plead thereto.
