Oregon Statutes - Chapter 156 - Proceedings and Judgment in Criminal Actions - Section 156.270 - Discharge of defendant upon finding the defendant not guilty.

When the defendant is found not guilty by the justice or a jury, the defendant shall be immediately discharged.
