Oregon Statutes - Chapter 165 - Offenses Involving Fraud or Deception - Section 165.698 - Notice of conviction.

The prosecuting attorney shall notify the Department of Human Services and any appropriate licensing boards of the conviction of a person under ORS 165.692. [1995 c.496 §5]
