Oregon Statutes - Chapter 173 - Legislative Service Agencies - Section 173.120 - Legislative Counsel to be in attendance upon legislative sessions.

The Legislative Counsel shall be in attendance upon all sessions of the Legislative Assembly. [1953 c.492 §2]
