Oregon Statutes - Chapter 179 - Administration of State Institutions - Section 179.483 - Time spent pursuant to transfer or conveyance counted as part of sentence.

Any time spent by an inmate of a Department of Corrections institution pursuant to a transfer or conveyance shall be counted as part of the sentence being served by the inmate. [1957 c.160 §4; 1987 c.320 §131]
