The Attorney General shall keep copies of all the opinions of the Attorney General and a record of all cases, in any of the courts and tribunals, prosecuted or defended by the Attorney General or in which the Attorney General appears. The Attorney General shall make a biennial report to the legislature of all the official business transacted by the Attorney General for the biennial period ending December 31 prior to the meeting of the legislature. The Attorney General may have printed and bound all opinions rendered by the Attorney General during the period, for distribution to the various state officers, public libraries and others entitled to receive them.
