The Superintendent of State Police, with the approval of the Governor, may establish headquarters and patrol stations at such places as the superintendent may deem most advisable for the patrol and protection of the state and for the enforcement of the laws. For that purpose, with the approval of the Governor, the superintendent may use lands and buildings for the accommodation of members of the state police and their vehicles and equipment.
