Oregon Statutes - Chapter 181 - State Police; Crime Reporting and Records; Public Safety Standards and Training - Section 181.350 - Procedure for review of decision of trial board.

The decisions of the trial board shall be subject to review by the Court of Appeals. The procedure for review shall be as provided in ORS 183.482. [Amended by 1979 c.772 §14]
