A public agency and its employees are immune from liability, both civil and criminal, for the good faith performance of the agency’s or employee’s duties under ORS 181.585 to 181.587, 181.588, 181.589, 181.592, 181.594, 181.595, 181.596, 181.597, 181.598, 181.599, 181.601, 181.602 and 181.820.
