Oregon Statutes - Chapter 181 - State Police; Crime Reporting and Records; Public Safety Standards and Training - Section 181.798 - Expenditure limitation on grant moneys.

A law enforcement agency, as defined in ORS 181.781, may not use moneys it receives under ORS 181.796 to supplant moneys from another source that the law enforcement agency has been previously authorized to expend. [2007 c.842 §12]
