Oregon Statutes - Chapter 181 - State Police; Crime Reporting and Records; Public Safety Standards and Training - Section 181.876 - Application procedure.

An applicant for certification as a private security professional shall submit a written application to the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training. The application must be on a form approved by the department, contain all the information required by the department and be made under oath to the department.
