Oregon Statutes - Chapter 183 - Administrative Procedures Act; Legislative Review of Rules; Civil Penalties - Section 183.725 - Report of Legislative Counsel Committee to agencies and Legislative Assembly.

(1) The Legislative Counsel Committee, at any time, may review any proposed or adopted rule of a state agency, and may report its recommendations in respect to the rule to the agency.

(2) The committee shall report to the Legislative Assembly at each regular session on its review of state agency rules. [Formerly 171.713; 1993 c.729 §8; 1997 c.602 §5; 1999 c.31 §1]
