Oregon Statutes - Chapter 184 - Administrative Services and Transportation Departments - Section 184.710 - When operating agreements prohibited.

The Department of Transportation shall not enter into operating agreements with any person for service in competition with service being provided by a mass transit district or transportation district formed under ORS chapter 267 without the consent of such district. [1977 c.230 §15]
