Oregon Statutes - Chapter 202 - Establishment of New Counties; Change of Boundaries - Section 202.300 - Appointment and holding of terms of circuit court.

The judge of the judicial district of which the county organized under this chapter is made a legal subdivision under the provisions of ORS 202.290 shall appoint and hold at least two terms of the circuit court each year at the county seat of such county until such terms are otherwise provided for by law.
