Oregon Statutes - Chapter 21 - Fees Generally - Section 21.670 - Duty of officer receiving fees to give receipted cost bill.

An officer receiving fees for any official services must, upon demand, give the party paying the same a receipted bill thereof, specifying the items of such fees.
