Oregon Statutes - Chapter 221 - Organization and Government of Cities - Section 221.110 - City officers; eligibility.

The officers of a city created under ORS 221.010 to 221.100 shall be five councillors, a municipal judge and such other officers as the council deems necessary. Any resident of a city shall be eligible to hold an office of the city. [Amended by 2003 c.14 §101]
