Oregon Statutes - Chapter 224 - City Sewers and Sanitation - Section 224.010 - Definitions for ORS 224.010 to 224.170.

As used in ORS 224.010 to 224.170, unless the context requires otherwise:

(1) “City” means any incorporated city or town.

(2) “Council” means the council or other municipal authority of a city.
