Oregon Statutes - Chapter 225 - Municipal Utilities - Section 225.400 - Scope of municipal authority.

The authority given by ORS 225.310 to 225.390 shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any power existing in any city under any constitutional, statutory or charter provisions.
