Oregon Statutes - Chapter 237 - Public Employee Retirement Generally - Section 237.440 - Application by political subdivision for inclusion.

The legislative or governing body of every political subdivision may make formal application to the Public Employees Retirement Board for inclusion of the eligible employees of such political subdivision in the agreement or any modification thereof. [Amended by 1953 c.192 §3(2); 1955 c.278 §1]
