Oregon Statutes - Chapter 24 - Enforcement and Recognition of Foreign Judgments; Foreign-Money Claims - Section 24.105 - Definitions for ORS 24.105 to 24.125, 24.135 and 24.155 to 24.175.

In ORS 24.105 to 24.125, 24.135 and 24.155 to 24.175 “foreign judgment” means any judgment, decree or order of a court of the United States or of any other court which is entitled to full faith and credit in this state. [1979 c.577 §1]
