Oregon Statutes - Chapter 240 - State Personnel Relations - Section 240.212 - Management service.

The management service shall comprise all positions not in the unclassified or exempt service that have been determined to be confidential employees, supervisory employees or managerial employees, as defined in ORS 243.650. [1981 c.409 §6; 1995 c.286 §25]
