Oregon Statutes - Chapter 240 - State Personnel Relations - Section 240.400 - Designation by appointing authority of staff employees to act as alternates.

An appointing authority may file in writing with the Personnel Division names of staff employees to act in the name of the appointing authority and to perform any act or duty of the appointing authority authorized under the provisions of this chapter. [1971 c.695 §5; 1979 c.468 §14]
