Oregon Statutes - Chapter 241 - Civil Service for County Employees - Section 241.065 - County civil service commission; members; compensation.

There is created in each county subject to ORS 241.016 to 241.990 a civil service commission composed of three members appointed by the board of county commissioners, who shall serve without compensation and shall devote due time and attention to their duties.
