Oregon Statutes - Chapter 243 - Public Employee Rights and Benefits - Section 243.205 - Reports.

The payroll disbursing officer shall submit reports to the Public Employees’ Benefit Board regarding health care coverage for eligible or participating employees as the board considers desirable. [1971 c.527 §11; 1997 c.222 §37]
