Oregon Statutes - Chapter 247 - Qualification and Registration of Electors - Section 247.125 - Alteration of registration card prohibited; exceptions.

No person shall alter any information supplied on a registration card except:

(1) An elections officer in the performance of official duties.

(2) The person who fills out the registration card for the purpose of registering to vote. [1985 c.808 §6]
