Oregon Statutes - Chapter 249 - Candidates; Recall - Section 249.876 - Removal of signature after petition submitted for verification.

After a recall petition is submitted for signature verification, no elector who signed the petition may remove the signature of the elector from the petition. [1985 c.808 §21]
