Oregon Statutes - Chapter 25 - Support Enforcement - Section 25.230 - Court authorized to require security for support payments.

Whenever a court has entered an order for the payment of support, the court may provide for such security, bond or other guarantee satisfactory to the court to secure the obligation to make support payments. [Formerly 23.865]
