Oregon Statutes - Chapter 253 - Absent Electors - Section 253.500 - Construction of long term absent elector law.

ORS 253.500 to 253.640 shall be liberally construed so that all long term absent electors may be given an opportunity to fully exercise their voting rights. [Formerly 253.670]
