Oregon Statutes - Chapter 254 - Conduct of Elections - Section 254.515 - Counting ballots marked “Presidential only.”

Ballots marked “Presidential only” may be counted only for the offices for which the elector is entitled to vote. Votes on the ballot for other offices may not be counted. [Formerly 250.520; 1999 c.410 §60; 2005 c.797 §57]
