Oregon Statutes - Chapter 264 - Domestic Water Supply Districts - Section 264.420 - Calling of special elections.

The board of commissioners at any regular meeting may call a special election of the electors of the district. [Amended by 1969 c.666 §31; 1971 c.647 §41]
