Oregon Statutes - Chapter 271 - Use and Disposition of Public Lands Generally; Easements - Section 271.540 - County or city operation of industrial facility; exception.

A county or city shall not operate an industrial facility as a business enterprise or in any manner except as a lessor. [1965 c.553 §4]
