Subject to the approval of the Joint Committee on Ways and Means during legislative sessions or the Emergency Board between legislative sessions, the Director of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services has authority to rent, lease, sell or otherwise dispose in whole or in part, of the Space Age Industrial Park.
