Oregon Statutes - Chapter 274 - Submersible and Submerged Lands - Section 274.425 - Definition for ORS 274.430 to 274.520.

As used in ORS 274.430 to 274.520, “meandered lake” means a lake wholly or partly within this state that has been meandered by the United States surveys. [1967 c.421 §131]
