Oregon Statutes - Chapter 279A - Public Contracting - General Provisions - Section 279A.142 - Limitation of competition.

A contracting agency may, by appropriate ordinance, resolution or rule, limit competition for a public contract to emerging small business enterprises certified under ORS 200.055 if the contract is estimated to cost $100,000 or less and is funded by the Emerging Small Business Account established under ORS 200.180.
